Our approach was simple yet transformative — put HCPs at the center of an intuitive, user-friendly design. To ensure a strategic Luckie-not-lucky win, we conducted stakeholder interviews and user testing over several months to gain a deep understanding of the HCP journey and usage behaviors. Using these insights, we organized and optimized thousands of digital assets to be quickly and effortlessly searchable and accessible by HCPs from anywhere at any time, bringing the most relevant content front and center. The result was an intuitive, self-service resource that supports HCPs in their mission to consistently provide the highest level of patient care.
