Shelly Hoffman is the “energizer bunny” of the agency, always driving, pushing and bringing challenge to how and why we do things. She has often said “If I’m not being disruptive to the agency (or your biggest pain today), I’m not doing my job to serve our clients.” She’s constantly looking for new opportunities for the agency and our clients to be smarter, faster, and one step ahead of the market.
Shelly leads business development for the agency, working with new and current clients to help find the best solutions to impact their business and help determine “what’s next?” In addition to business development, Shelly also leads our digital and media teams, having a deep-rooted background in digital, web, SEM, and media.
She came to Luckie in April 2024 through the acquisition of her company, Marbury Creative Group. In addition to leading the agency as one of the two owners, she also led business development, client services, and the digital and media teams.
What drives her: “I LOVE people, learning new things, and being able to impact our business and our client’s businesses. I had a sneak-peek growing up with two strong-minded entrepreneurial parents, who lead by example. I just want to also be everyone’s friend along the way!”
