John Gardner

John loves change. He likes to challenge the status quo, upset the apple cart, make waves and rock the boat — all in the name of building connections and relationships between people, businesses and communities. For Rosemont Pharmaceuticals, John will be at the center of the change in brand evolution. His expertise in marketing, technology, data analytics, statistical modeling, consumer behavior and customer engagement will change the game for Rosemont Pharmaceuticals.​

Kamala Prince

Kamala leads our healthcare practice and will focus on transforming customer insights into successful strategies and high-impact results for Rosemont Pharmaceuticals. She brings to Luckie over 20 years of marketing experience in the consumer-packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, she led patient marketing at United Therapeutics, a biotech firm in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Before joining United Therapeutics, Kamala spent 12 years at GlaxoSmithKline and ViiV Healthcare, where she held various marketing positions. Prior to GlaxoSmithKline, Kamala spent four years at General Mills. ​

Brian Lamkin

Brian will lead the business intelligence and analytics solutions for Rosemont Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, he’s held a variety of IT, data warehousing, sales analytics and marketing analytics positions with companies such as Cash America International, Galderma Laboratories (a division of Nestlé Skin Health) and Smith+Nephew. He has an extensive background in database management, BI platform implementation, predictive analytics and team leadership. Brian also has an extensive background shredding guitars, including his Gibson 335.

John Petersen

John Petersen rounds out the Luckie Health leadership team as VP of Business Development. Petersen joined Luckie in June 2022 after 30 years in consumer healthcare and pharmaceuticals, working with L’Oréal, Galderma, Novartis, AstraZeneca and most recently as CCO of Crown Laboratories.
