We’re currently searching for a Content Strategy Director to come grow with us. If you’re a brilliant communicator, who can seamlessly help us tell brand stories across the entire customer journey – ensuring that each interaction purposeful, contextually relevant and leads to desired actions – this could be the perfect role for you.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Work closely with brand planners to translate client business goals and audience needs into meaningful content strategies
- Create content vision and roadmap across the digital ecosystem (website, email, social media, media, etc.) and in partnership with traditional marketing channels or programs
- Work closely with the content studio to produce effective content that aligns to the overall goals of the brand
- Lead teams in deep research on the content landscape to drive innovative, actionable content plans across web, social, influencers and partnerships
- Leverage data analysis, user research, benchmarking and auditing to inform strategic recommendations
- Have fun creating cool stuff with smart and nice people
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You have 6-8+ years of in-depth industry experience, ideally within an agency environment
- You’re a hands-on expert in all things Content – from audits and calendars, to recommending frameworks and identifying topics and opportunities
- You have solid understanding of SEO, tools and metrics which can measure the effectiveness of content
- You’re channel agnostic, with deep understanding of digital and mobile channels and how these can be best leveraged along with traditional formats
- You have a passion for the nuances of social platforms and experience leveraging them through content that is especially suited for the space
- You’re highly strategic and able to bring initiatives from ideas to full execution
- You’re a great mentor who can inspire and lead with grit and grace
