Shelly

Hoffman

Chief Growth Officer

Shelly Hoffman is responsible for architecting growth at Luckie — identifying and executing the strategies that expand revenue and unlock new market opportunities for clients, then building the roadmap to get there and aligning Luckie’s talented team to make it happen.

She brings 20+ years of marketing experience and a deep passion for helping brands win in competitive categories. Her work spans consumer behavior modeling, data-driven strategy, and brand development, with a particular focus on CPG, healthcare, and travel and hospitality.

Before joining Luckie, Shelly co-founded Marbury Creative Group , building it into a mid-sized independent agency over 14 years before its acquisition by Luckie in 2024. She got her start in digital strategy, working with brands like the American Cancer Society, Fiserv, and Kimberly-Clark.

Shelly is a Georgia native, a Mercer University alum, and a former Division I tennis player — competitive instincts she applies every day to finding the edge for Luckie and its clients.
